UC3845 smd High Performance Current Mode Controllers

آی سی UC3845 از سری آی سی های تغذیه سوئیچینگ، یک کنترل کننده مد جریانی PWM با فرکانس ثابت و کارایی بالا می باشد که در تغذیه های Off-line، مبدل های DC – DC و… کاربرد دارد. ولتاژ تغذیه (Vc و Vcc) آی سی تا 36 ولت و جریان خروجی 1A است. فرکانس اسیلاتور این آی سی تا 250KHz با دیوتی سایکل حداکثر 50% می باشد.
